COLIVING RETREATS FOR IMPACT-DRIVEN ENTREPRENEURS, NOMADS AND COMMUNITIES IN ITALY
We connect impact-driven entrepreneurs, teams and communities at our coliving retreats and experiences in the Italian countryside, where we share our stories, knowledge and ideas. AGAIA is a safe space to connect in intentional community, to learn and grow together, personally and professionally. Our experiences are focused around regeneration, social entrepreneurship and creative unfolding, contained in a holistic concept of mindfulness, local integration and nature and supported by in an empowering community.
We design and facilitate each experience based on the individual needs of each participant and the group. Our concept is based on co-creation and sharing in an open and supportive environment to unfold and let go. Our intention is to recognise what truly matters to us, and reflect on how we can make a positive impact on our life and the environment around us.
We build alternative living concepts. These are exclusively safe spaces of tolerance, respect and authenticity. We act on the change we want to see in the world and support each others visions and ideas.

We are united by shared values of personal unfolding, nature connectedness and community. We value humanity and mother earth over profit and consume. We value the freedom to be location-independent and we pursue projects that align with our purpose in life and have meaningful impact. We are curious and open to continuous growth and personal development.

Our professional wellbeing and mindfulness coaches ensure a wholistic and integrated experience. We introduce healthy routines and work on individual topics, depending on the needs of the group. The support of community helps sustainable integration.
Local Economies
Active integration with local communities ensures alignment with local needs. We invest in and actively support local projects to contribute to revitalize local economies. We build bridges between digital and local communities. Everyone who stays with us will make a positive impact on a local level.
Systems
We love change: By establishing a new living concept, we are striving to re-gain a lifestyle in harmony with nature. We know of the challenges to live sustainably when traveling and we want to support Digital Nomads by setting up experiences and spaces where this is possible. Our future vision is to be able to live and share a regenerative lifestyle.

Lived in many different places, travelled and worked remotely for the past decade. After years in Business Consulting, Trainings and Project Management for a diverse variety clients, I am now passionate about making an impact by bringing together the digital community and rural spaces with lots of opportunities.

Personally, I have always been thriving for an wholistic, balanced lifestyle, whereas I love both: the inspiration and dynamics of cities and the tranquility I find in nature. What we need now are solutions to live in harmony with our planet and as a society – and this is what makes AGAIA a heart-project.
